I am a Registered Nurse Psychotherapist practicing in Downtown Toronto. Im registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) in Good Standing, since 2023.

I completed my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) at Trent University in 2023. Since then, I have completed a certificate at Laurier University in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in 2024. Professional development is very important to me, and I continue to seek educational opportunities to support my psychotherapy practice.

I offer sessions in-person on Saturdays at Bloor and Sherbourne (across from the Sherbourne subway station). I also offer virtual appointments weekdays in the evenings, as well as Saturdays.
